Standard Poodles are proud, dignified, and good natured.  They are highly intelligent and are one of the most trainable dog breeds. The standard poodle is an elegant medium to large sized dog.

The Standard Poodle is primarily a companion and show dog.  It is able to learn just about anything.

These dogs enjoy the company of humans as well as other dogs.  They are great with children and fun natured.

Standard poodles do require excercise

(daily walks, if yard does not permit running space).  Poodles are non-shedding and will need groomed every 5-6 weeks.
